In Patsy F. DiZenzo and Anna DiZenzo, et al. [Dec. 26,779(M)], T.C. Memo. 1964-121, filed April 30, 1964, we found that the net income of the corporation, Patsy Frank, Inc., for the taxable years 1946, 1947, and 1948 was $12,727.45, $17,298.42, and $16,540.56, respectively, resulting in the decision that there were deficiencies in income tax for each of those...
