Appellant, a federal prisoner, appeals from a dismissal, without a hearing, of his petition for habeas corpus.

Appellant was convicted upon his plea of guilty of conspiracy to violate the Narcotics Act and he was sentenced on June 27, 1963, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, to a term of twelve years.
