Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioners' income tax for the years 1957, 1959, 1960, and 1961, in the amounts of $1,771.18, $2,570.66, $1,619.38, and $1,594.19, respectively. The only issues for decision are whether certain sums of money which Richard M. Horn admittedly embezzled from the U. S.
