This is a taxpayer's suit under the authority of Mississippi Code Annotated section 2944 (1956). It seeks an accounting, judgment and injunction against Hobson Harvey, President of the Board of Supervisors of Scott County, because of the alleged unlawful use of county machinery, materials and labor for the benefit of private citizens on unauthorized projects.
