This is a petition by the town of Jamestown, the purchaser at a tax sale of the land involved in this case, to foreclose all rights of redemption arising under such sale. The action was brought under the provisions of the "Tax Sales" statute, G.L. 1956, chap. 9 of title 44 (P.L. 1946, chap. 1800).
