There is pending for decision a motion for change of custody filed by the defendant-father October 17,1964. At the time it was filed, no service could be obtained on the plaintiff-mother and temporary custody was awarded to the defendant-father. Service was obtained later on the plaintiffmother, and by agreement, the matter was referred for investigation.
