Plaintiff has appealed from a judgment of the District Court dismissing her suit as of nonsuit. The suit arose from an alleged automobile accident in which a Mr. Van Martin, the alleged husband of plaintiff-appellant Annie Martin, was killed. Annie Martin sued for damages caused to her by the death of Van Martin. The suit was dismissed for two reasons: first, under the authority of LSA-C.C.P. art. 933, for failure of the plaintiff...
