This case, on appeal from a final judgment of the Circuit Court of Hardy County, involves conflicting claims of ownership of mineral rights in a tract of 110 acres of land lying near Needmore in Lost River District of that county. The appellants, Darl Teets, Irvin Teets and Ethel Teets, own the surface of the 110 acres and claim the mineral rights as successors in title of George W. Hawse. Raymond L.
