Defendant, Lowell Michael Coil, was tried to a jury in the District Court at Omaha, Nebraska, and convicted under Count I of a five count indictment for violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1001. The jury found that he had knowingly concealed a material fact by maintaining a false prescription file at his pharmacy.
