Carmine P. Tramunti, convicted on trial to the Court in the Southern District of New York without jury, Inzer B. Wyatt, District Judge, of contempt of court under 18 U.S.C. § 401, F.R.Crim. Proc. 42(b)1 for refusal to answer questions before a Grand Jury when ordered to do so by the Court after a grant of immunity under 18 U.S.C. § 1406,2
