Per Curiam:

This is an appeal from an Order of the Honorable John Grimball, Resident Judge of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, quashing the indictment returned against the Respondents by the Richland County Grand Jury. The Order appealed from sets forth the facts and correctly disposes of the questions presented and is adopted as the Opinion of the Court with the additional observation that Independence Ins. Co.
