The appellants Chesley E. Davis and wife appeal from a judgment granting the appellees Mrs. Ed Crockett and her husband specific performance of an oral contract for the sale of a vacant lot in the town of Prosper, Texas. Appellants denied having made the contract and also pled the Statute of Frauds and the two and four year statutes of limitation.
