Plaintiff-appellant, National Tea Company, brought this action for injunctive relief, damages, and specific performance of a written "Lease Agreement" with defendants, Edward P. Matuska, Paul H. Vladika and their respective wives. Defendants David Weiss and Parkview Foods, Inc., were charged with conspiracy with the other defendants to induce them to break the agreement and to lease the same realty to Parkview Foods, Inc.
