Ben R. Drake and Jenny Drake, husband and wife, appellants herein, owned a 1960 Dodge station wagon, which was damaged in an accident with another vehicle. The insurance carrier on the other vehicle agreed to settle for the damages to the Dodge vehicle, and appellants had respondents estimate the cost of repairs, using new parts. Respondents submitted their estimate for repairs in the amount of $681.64. This was acceptable to the insurance carrier...
