WILKIE, J.

The court had jurisdiction of the divorce action only if Mrs. Strandberg was a bona fide resident of Milwaukee county for thirty days prior to the commencement of the suit pursuant to sec. 247.05 (3), Stats.1

The first issue presented on this appeal is whether the order dismissing the complaint is void because of the procedure employed under which the family court commissioner took testimony and made findings...
