This is a suit brought by plaintiffs, Mildred Chapman Jones and Alice Chapman Lafayette claiming to be the surviving children of Allen Chapman to recover the proceeds of a group life insurance certificate covering the life of the said Allen Chapman, deceased, which said suit was in the original amount of Five Thousand Five Hundred Four and 05/100 ($5504.05) Dollars, but which by agreement has been reduced to Forty-Five Hundred and no/100 ($4500.00) Dollars...
