HUNTER, District Judge:

Antoine, a longshoreman employed by Lake Charles Stevedores, was injured while working aboard Lykes' SS JAMES McKAY. He was one of a gang of longshoremen loading rice on board that vessel on June 11, 1964. He was working in the hold and was pinned against the bulkhead of the ship by a load being lowered by the winch operator, a fellow longshoreman.
