BARNEY, Justice.

The results of an intoximeter breath test were received in evidence against the respondent in a prosecution for driving while intoxicated. A conviction followed. The respondent now brings here his claims of error in connection with admission of those test results, as well as his contention that the trial judge erred in charging the jury concerning this evidence.
