The Lower Court rendered judgment herein in favor of plaintiff, Mrs. Sallie Rushing Billings, individually and for the use and benefit of her minor son, Ronald Joseph Billings, against the defendant insurer, The Travelers Indemnity Company, in the sum of $20,028.15, together with legal interest from October 22, 1963, and all costs, for damages arising out of an accident in which the minor was involved as a guest passenger on May 23, 1963.
