This is a so-called malpractice action. Plaintiff, appellant herein, suffered paraplegia following a hemorrhoid operation, which he claimed was the result of negligence by defendant, appellee herein, an anesthesiologist, in the administration of a caudal anesthesia. The appeal is here on questions of law from a judgment on the verdict of the jury in favor of defendant.
