This is a suit for a declaration of nonliability under a homeowner's policy brought by the insurer against Joseph E. Saulnier and Barbara H. Saulnier, its named insureds, and Bruce Saulnier, who, as their son under the age of 21 and a resident of their household, became an insured by virtue of a provision in the policy.
