Appellant was sixteen years of age at the time of the alleged housebreaking and robbery involved herein. The Juvenile Court waived jurisdiction [D.C. Code § 11-914 (1961), now § 11-1553 (Supp. IV, 1965)], and he was tried and convicted in the District Court.
