This action was instituted by plaintiff, Linda Falwell Martin, an infant suing by her next friend, against Sammy Wallower, Jr., and Billy Ray Huffman, for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff while she was a guest passenger in an automobile driven by Wallower, which was in collision with an automobile operated by Huffman.
