William E. Kohout, Jr., has filed a petition to construe the will of his late wife, Daisy Laura Kohout, who died on March 22, 1964. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Kohout was survived by their two minor children, and by her mother, Mrs. Harvey Butler.
The will, which was drawn without the aid of counsel, contains the following items, which we are asked to construe.
