PARKER, Justice.

Defendant issued to Logan Heating Company its Group Life Insurance Policy No. G-241 to provide life insurance for its employees. Pursuant to the provisions of this policy, defendant on 14 May 1959 issued its certificate of group life insurance, certificate No. 56, to Everette E. Clinard, an employee of Logan Heating Company, in the amount of $2,000, in which certificate his wife Ola R. Clinard was named as beneficiary.
