This is a suit for damages, both for personal injuries and property damage, arising out of an alleged accident which occurred on September 24, 1962, at approximately 9:35 A.M. in the Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana. The accident occurred on U. S. Highway 61 at a point approximately 4.2 miles north of Baton Rouge, at which point U. S.
