Appellant was plaintiff in a death action which arose out of an accident in which defendant's car struck and killed a pedestrian. Plaintiff is administrator of the estate of the deceased pedestrian. The trial judge directed a verdict in favor of defendant at the end of plaintiff's case, and it is from the judgment entered on that verdict that plaintiff appeals.
