It is urged on this appeal that, contrary to the import of the chancellor's decree, Florida law1 does not afford property tax exemption to private retirement hotels, old age homes or nursing and convalescent homes where such establishments, though chartered as non profit, do not cater generally to the public or to the indigent but to selected persons who become tenants or residents by purchasing foundation memberships...
