Zeigler, the appellant herein, was a certified employee of the State Highway Department in the classified service, bearing the classification of Auto Mechanic II under Chapter 143 of the Revised Code known as the Civil Service Act. He was so employed beginning August 1, 1960, and resided at 202½ West Crawford Street, Upper Sandusky, in Wyandot County.
