For the first time in the turbulent history of the George Washington Cemetery,1 the rights of the lot owners emerge into legal cognizance. Houser, the appellee, filed a bill of complaint in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County against Killen, the appellant, alleging they were both trustees of the Care Fund of the George Washington Cemetery...
