Good Humor, Inc. instituted this action against the Village of Mundelein and certain of its officials to enjoin the enforcement of an ordinance of the village. Andrew N. Korn and Katherine Korn, doing business as Kay's Mobile Freezerettes, were allowed to intervene as parties plaintiff.
