The plaintiff has brought this action as a taxpayer and parent of children who attend and are students of the Southwest Local School District of Mercer County, Ohio —hereinafter referred to as District—and alleges that the facts stated in the amended petition are of "common or general interest to other residents of the District, that the rights of the said other residents are identical to the interests of the plaintiff
