This appeal is from an order of the District Court denying appellant's petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
Appellant was indicted by the grand jury of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for the offenses of burglary of an inhabited dwelling, aggravagated assault and rape. Upon arraignment he pleaded not guilty.
