The claimant, Louis Norris, was found by the arbitrator to have been temporarily disabled from an injury suffered while in the course of his employment and was allowed compensation for a period of 13 weeks. On review the Industrial Commission awarded temporary total disability for 13 1/7 weeks and awarded an additional amount for 30 weeks for 15% permanent and complete...
