This appeal involves a number of cases which arose out of the so-called "bail bond irregularities" in the Municipal Court of Chicago. These cases, consolidated by the parties for purposes of this appeal taken by the surety-defendants, present substantially identical fact situations and pose identical questions of law for our determination.
