Geraldine Virginia Farley, appellant, instituted an action in a justice of the peace court in Putnam County, wherein she sought to recover from the appellee, Buck Monroe Farley, the sum of one hundred sixty seven dollars. In that action she alleged that such sum was due and owing her under a property settlement agreement entered into between them.
