In this action, the plaintiff as administrator of the estate of Gladys Lucille Barcus, deceased, seeks to recover damages from the defendant for alleged injuries sustained by the deceased on May 13, 1964, terminating in her death on March 8, 1965, as the proximate result of the alleged negligence of the defendant.
