This is an action for breach of promise of marriage. Plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment. Defendant has appealed.

Plaintiff's evidence was that defendant and a friend of his were introduced to her on a Friday night late in April of 1962 at a drive-in restaurant in St. Louis County where she was sitting in a car with four other friends.
