Appellant, together with George Mellen and several others, was indicted on July 10, 1962 on 56 counts. Count I charged the appellant and his co-defendants with conspiracy under 18 U.S.C.A. § 371 to violation of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.
