This suit was filed by appellant, Holiday Hill Stone Products, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Holiday Hill, seeking to enjoin appellee, Clyde K. Peek, from violating restrictive covenants in the employment contract signed by him. The hearing began as a non-jury hearing for a temporary injunction, but by agreement of the parties it was considered as one for a permanent injunction.
