MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ARRAJ, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff brings this action under the provisions of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, 29 U.S.C. § 401 et seq. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 412.

On October 1, 1963 the plaintiff was a member in good standing of defendant local union and defendant national union. He did not attend a regular monthly meeting of the local union held in October 1963...
