In 1955, appellees, Millard Stephens and his brother, Morris Stephens, began the construction of a motel in the vicinity of Cumberland Falls State Park. They named the business FALLS MOTEL & RESTAURANT, but did not register the name in the office of the county court clerk until May 9, 1962. The original construction...
