Claimant filed claims for benefits effective December 12, 1960, December 25, 1961 and November 19, 1962. By initial determination effective as of the date of the first filing he was ruled ineligible to receive benefits, was found to have been overpaid in the recoverable sum of $2,100 and his right to future benefits was forfeited for 156 effective days because of willful false statements made to obtain them.
