The National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of its order passed on April 17, 1964, requiring Southland Cork Company of Norfolk, Virginia, to make whole certain of its employees for earnings lost by them as a result of an unfair labor practice strike. It is therefore necessary to determine whether there is substantial evidence on the record as a whole to support the Board's findings that Southland engaged in unfair labor practices...
