Plaintiff's evidence presents these facts: About noon on 30 December 1963 Roger Webb, a 17-year-old boy, who was driving his father's 1962 Ford automobile with his knowledge and consent and had Leonard Hutchins as a passenger, picked up as a passenger at Epworth Church Stephen Howard Thomas, a 17-year-old boy.
