Appellants, defendants below, appeal from a final decree of the Circuit Court for Dade County, the pertinent parts of which provide:

Abbott, on April 9, 1952, leased to Joel Mark Corporation for a term slightly in excess of 16 years Lots 3 and 4 of Block 2 TOWNSITE OF HARDING, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34 at Page 4 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida...
