These separate appeals, heard together, are from two orders of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in the same case. Holliday, Toolco's chief financial officer, attack the validity of an order which granted default judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Trans World Airlines, Inc., because of the defendants' failure to produce...
