This is a workmen's compensation case. The plaintiff, Lewis E. Carpenter, contends that although he was a partner he was also an employee of "Cloud Trucking Company" and that he was injured in the course of his employment by this partnership. The defendant, New Amsterdam Casualty Company, carried a workmen's compensation insurance policy in the name of Vertie Cloud, individually, the other partner, but...
