Arnold Construction Company, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, Appellants, v. Buddy WEISS and Julian Smith, and John Doe, a Picket, a person or persons whose names are unknown to the Plaintiffs, and Members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local #323, with headquarters in the City of West Palm Beach, Florida, their Agents, Servants, Employees, and all other persons similarly situate, Appellees.
