This is an appeal from a judgment awarding the plaintiff workmen's compensation at the rate of $35.00 per week for a period of fifty-two weeks from July 31, 1961, in addition to the compensation paid to him prior thereto. The plaintiff has appealed praying that the award be increased to the maximum of four hundred weeks for total permanent disability. The defendant has answered the appeal praying that the award be amended to date...
